How do I change my PIN, Email, Username or Account Preferences?

To change your Account Information, such as, PIN, Email, or Username, Log in to your online account. Click on the User tab in the upper right-hand corner and select 'My Settings' from the drop-down menu. Once there, you can edit and save your Account Information. A confirmation request will be sent to the updated email address.
You can also change Account Preferences, such as, Borrowing History, Holds and Pick up Location preference, Saved Searches, and more.
If you forgot your PIN or if you don't have one, you can designate or reset it here. Enter your full barcode beginning with 01336. Make sure to omit any spaces between digits.
