How/where do i find information about Sioux history & culture?

I'm working on a paper for college and need both digital and print materials.

I am sending you a list of titles of books about the Lakota Sioux available from the Central Library of the San Diego Public Library in a separate email.  I am also sending you links and sample articles from articles and databases available through the SDPL website in two separate emails.  To search the databases yourself, go to WWW.SANDIEGOLIBRARY.ORG, look for "Articles and databases" in the center of the page.  On the alphabetical pull down list select "History Study Center" or "American Indian Experience".  Each database contains a variety of resources including primary resources.  I am sending you sample articles from each database.  Access to articles and databases requires a library card and a pin number.  Please call 619-236-5800 if you have any further questions.
