Why won’t my library card work?

Enter all 14 digits on the barcode of your library card with NO spaces.

                All SDPL cards begin with the numbers, 01336

                The SDPL default PIN is the last 4 digits of your home phone number.

  1. I've tried all of these things... It keeps telling me my account in invalid. There must be other reasons than the ones listed.

    Without the 14 digits on the barcode of your library card, I cannot verify your account information.

  2. I'm unable to renew on line because your system rejects both my card number, which was entered correctly, and my new pin.

    Invariably I have to call in a request.
