What does error 1060 mean?
One possible cause of error 1060 is a weak data connection. If you are encountering this error while downloading on a cellular data connection (3G or 4G) please try to download via a WiFi connection, or if you were downloading via WiFi, please try to connect via a stronger cellular connection. You can retry downloading the files from OverDrive Media Console by long-pressing the title in the Bookshelf, selecting "Details," viewing the "Files" tab, and selecting "Download All".
If a stronger data connection does not resolve your issue, then we encourage you to send your error log to us immediately after a download fails, as this log might contain more information which can help pinpoint your issue. Press the "Menu" button, select "More," and select "Send Feedback". Be sure to include in the text of your message your ticket number so that your information can be associated with this support request.
